Usher’s 2025 residency at London’s O2 Arena, part of his Past, Present, Future tour, has been hailed as a masterclass in showmanship and spectacle. Spanning ten sold-out nights, the residency celebrated the R&B icon’s 30-year career with a dynamic blend of nostalgic hits, contemporary tracks, and high-energy performances. The show opened with a medley featuring his 1994 track “Can U Get Wit It,” setting the tone for an evening that traversed Usher’s extensive musical journey.    

The production was a visual and auditory feast, featuring elaborate stage designs, glitzy costumes, and intricate choreography. Usher’s performances included roller-skating routines, reminiscent of his Super Bowl halftime show, and a recreation of Michael Jackson’s moonwalk, showcasing his versatility and homage to musical influences.  The setlist spanned over 40 tracks, including fan favorites like “Yeah,” “Burn,” and “Climax,” as well as newer songs from his latest album, Coming Home.    

Fashion played a significant role in the residency’s allure. Usher’s wardrobe, styled by Jan-Michael Quammie and Yashua Simmons, featured a bold blend of costume and high fashion. Outfits ranged from a crystal-embellished tuxedo by Burberry’s Daniel Lee to leather pants by Luis De Javier, highlighting the meticulous attention to visual presentation.
